You agree not to use Pickemma to post offensive or abusive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, use automated tools to interact with the site, or violate any applicable laws.

Usernames must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate language. Pickemma reserves the right to change or remove any username that violates this policy.

6. Account Termination

Pickemma reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and, where appropriate, without prior notice. During a suspension, users may still be able to log in and access certain account-related pages, including Account Settings, for purposes such as updating account information, changing passwords, and deleting their account. Access to other parts of the site, including but not limited to Pick'em games, streaks, and leagues, may be restricted during the suspension.

Pickemma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the site, including any downtime or data loss.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. All new and existing registered users will be notified of material updates upon registration or login and will be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to access this site while logged in. Previously registered users who do not accept updated terms or policies will still be able to access certain account-related pages, including but not limited to Account Settings, in order to update their username, email address, password, and/or delete their account.

10. No Real Money or Gambling

Pickemma is a free-to-play prediction game. No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Any points, scores, or virtual currency on the site have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or prizes.

11. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code on Pickemma is our property. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the site without permission. Fighter names, event names, and sports data remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the site at any time without notice for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.

13. User Content

By using Pickemma you grant us the right to display any content you submit, including but not limited to usernames, pick selections, and streaks, to other users of the site as part of normal site functionality such as leaderboards and pick results. We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickemma and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. No Affiliation

Pickemma is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), Zuffa LLC, or any fighter or promotion. All UFC event names and fighter names are used for informational purposes only.

17. Picks and Scoring

We make every effort to accurately record fight results and update scores. However we are not responsible for errors or delays in result updates. Scoring decisions made by Pickemma administrators are final. Users may not dispute or appeal scoring decisions once finalized.
